The CrossFit Porirua Kids & Teens programme is one of our favourite and most rewarding programmes. Designed to develop the next generation of athlete; we promote health, fitness and nutrition while having fun learning new skills.
CrossFit Kids is a once per week class that promotes the importance of staying active, sports and competition while having fun! The class offers the basics of CrossFit technique in a safe and fun environment.
CrossFit Teens is offered three times per week and teaches the skills needed to excel in sports and fitness. A focus is placed on technique ranging from gymnastic skill to barbell movement. Each class has a workout of the day (WOD) designed to challenge and learn the skill required to be a top CrossFit Athlete!
Our Kids and Teens Programme is run by David McLaughlin. Dave has always had a passion for sport and loves passing on his knowledge to our youth. His background in sport, to his current success as a competitive CrossFit athlete has allowed us to build a superb programme for our youth.
